Mary Herbert is a Principal Consultant and Professional Coach at Teibel Education Consulting with more than 15 years of experience leading individuals, teams, and global organizations through complex change. For nearly a decade, she has served as a principal organizational consultant, guiding multi-year transformation initiatives across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Mary brings deep expertise in organizational change management, large-scale technology implementations, and leadership development during periods of transition. As an Organizational Change Management Lead, she has directed global adoption efforts for enterprise platforms including Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds and Workday HCM, supporting rollouts to organizations ranging from 200 to 5,000 users across sales, marketing, finance, services, supply chain, and channel partner networks. Her experience spans Banking and Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate, Higher Education, and nonprofit sectors.

She has led global training and communication strategies, designed worldwide change enablement programs, and partnered closely with executive leadership to ensure readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioral change. Mary contributed to the development of a global Solution Adoption methodology, strengthening organizations’ ability to translate people and technology investments into measurable results.

As a trusted coach and advisor, Mary partners with existing and emerging leaders navigating uncertainty, helping them build trust, and move from insight to disciplined action. Her coaching creates the psychological safety necessary for candid conversation, clearer decision-making, and lasting change.
