Elise Kietzmann • Strategic Coordinator and Coach
Elise Kietzmann is the Strategic Coordinator and Coach at Teibel Education Consulting, where she plays a key role in co-designing, coordinating and delivering of leadership development and organizational transformation programs. She partners with clients and teams to create engaging learning experiences, facilitate group development activities, and support initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity and organizational effectiveness.
Elise brings a unique blend of experience from higher education and the private sector, having worked on both the academic and administrative sides of colleges and universities as well as in industries including aerospace, engineering, and architecture. Her diverse background enables her to understand the complex challenges organizations face while helping leaders navigate change, collaboration, and growth.
Prior to joining Teibel Education Consulting, Elise served in a strategic role at BAE Systems, Inc. Space and Mission Systems, where she partnered with leaders to coordinate organizational priorities, support cross-functional initiatives, and improve operational effectiveness. Her experience includes managing complex projects, facilitating communication across teams, and creating systems that enhance organizational performance and alignment.
As a coach, Elise works with emerging and established leaders to increase self-awareness, strengthen communication, and lead with greater confidence and effectiveness. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals translate insight into action while building the relationships and trust necessary for sustained success.
Elise holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Black Hills State University and is currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation.
