  • This program is absolutely transformational. What started out as a bunch of strangers staring at each other over Zoom turned into a feeling of family and connection. I will carry this experience with me forever. The skills taught in this course have impacted not only my professional persona, they have also helped me to be more present at home. Honestly, I think everyone would benefit from taking this course!

Director of Budget and Fiscal Services

  • The safe space created allowing participants to be their authentic selves, comfortable and vulnerable all at the same time was highly valuable. The topics covered were relevant, practical, stimulating critically thoughtful reflection resulting in exceptionally meaningful experiences within a caring and supportive community environment. I found the activities with regular small group engagement valuable because they challenged as well as nurtured personal and professional perspectives in a way that promoted dynamic growth and true transformation. The experience of discovery and development offered by this program is uniquely excellent and powerful. Nothing less than awesome!

    Director of Title III Programs

  • I'd recommend the program to everyone -- but especially if you want to understand how you show up for your team, your family, and yourself. The program taught me how to really be present for the people who rely on me, at work and at home. It nurtured my natural sense of curiosity, offering different ways of thinking about the power of my words and the nature of leadership. This program taught me to think more carefully, make space for others, ask more questions, and -- most importantly -- to trust that I have the tools to become the person I want to be.

    — Assistant Vice President, University Development & Alumni Relations

  • I would absolutely recommend this program. It was a transformational experience. The thought and planning that goes into each session is evident. I enjoyed that the material was applied to current events and tailored to the cohort.

    — Director

  • When I first signed up, I thought it was going to be a series of skills that were taught with some assignments to apply them at our current workplaces. I learned the purpose of the course is to help individuals identify and acknowledge their individual, almost intrinsic, leader within.

    — Assistant VP of Strategy and Implementation

  • Absolutely recommend this program to others. Teibel has truly dialed into something with this course. Howard has an outstanding team of coaches that helped make me feel included and valued.

    — Director of Maintenance and Operations

  • I would absolutely recommend this program to others. The Teibel Leadership program is in a class of its own and unlike any other leadership program experienced. It is not about leadership tips and tricks but is about personal leadership depth and breadth. The Teibel Leadership program takes you on a personal journey that is deep, insightful and transforms you from the inside out.
