At UNLV we believe in lifelong learning not only for our Students and Alumni but for our Employees.

In May of 2020, we partnered with Teibel Education virtually to lead our Leaders, Deans and Directors from across all areas of campus through a discussion around “Leading with Agility through Ambiguity”.

This program was incredibly thought provoking, inspiring and relevant to today’s challenges. UNLV employees discovered new principles, practices and techniques that will allow them to continue to grow personally and professionally.

Teibel Education’s understanding around the importance of technology and keeping people engaged in meaningful discussions and activities was also a welcoming change from the virtual meeting fatigue people have experienced these past few months.

I can confidently say that people left the program feeling motivated and excited to tackle the challenges we have ahead of us with a new prospective on who to navigate uncertainty with greater ease.
