“All organizations function as a network of commitments. These commitments are what make it possible to innovate and promote change.”

Leading Resilient Organizations:

Adapt, Innovate, and Thrive

Session Dates: October 28th and 30th from 10 a.m. to Noon ET

We are currently living in an era of complexity, causing many of us to be frustrated by the slow pace of change in our institutions, where new ideas are met with resistance. But what if innovation is not about the creation of shiny new things, but the building of new habits and practices that move teams and organizations forward – strengthening our capacity to foresee challenges, adapt, and deliver on our mission without losing sight of our values or purpose. What if the goal is to grow with the change?

In this two-part workshop series, we will explore and learn strategies that help leaders, and their teams, create vital shifts in their organizations. We will go beyond surface-level ideas and dive into actual practices that generate meaningful shifts. Through our interactive sessions, we will focus on the following:

  • Fostering an innovative culture that accelerates meaningful change

  • Cultivating productive mindsets throughout the organization

  • Building a network of commitments through speech act
