Are you ready to transform your leadership capabilities that will have a lasting impact for you and those around you?

At Teibel Education, our 4-month leadership program offers individuals and teams a new approach in developing and enhancing communication skills, personal power, and presence. Guided by our coaching experts, you will engage in active online sessions with our team and other leaders from around the country.

Our program will deepen your fundamental understanding of how you show up as a leader and how you can lead with confidence, authenticity, empower others, and effectively coordinate during challenging times.

This program is a journey of practice and embodying what it truly means to be a leader.

  • Accelerate High Velocity Decision-Making: Learn how to motivate your teams so they are fully engaged while providing clear expectations for them to succeed.

    Cultivate Productive Moods: Develop the skill to recognize and orchestrate productive moods so that those around you operate with curiosity, ambition, and enthusiasm.

    Build Trust: Learn how to cultivate trust across your organization and how to address and repair trust when it is broken.

    Career Advancement: Build a stronger executive presence and communication skills that inspire others.

    Lead Difficult Teams: Deep your understanding about how you can strengthen clarity, alignment, and performance within your team or those you work with.

  • The course spans 4-months, beginning on August XX, 2026, and ending on December XX, 2026. Designed for current and emerging leaders, the course is delivered virtually through live Zoom sessions and supported by our Learning Management System, Canvas.

  • Registration will close August XX, 2026, or earlier if seats are at capacity.

    Enrollment is limited to ensure a high-quality, interactive experience for participants.
