OLP Graduate Feedback

When I first signed up, I thought it was going to be a series of skills that were taught with some assignments to apply them at our current workplaces. I learned the purpose of the course is to help individuals identify and acknowledge their individual, almost intrinsic, leader within.

Assistant VP – Strategy and Implementation

This is a leadership course like no other. You will understand the power of presence and how doing so makes you a better individual and leader, both professionally and personally.

Deputy CIO

Our organization has sent several individuals through Teibel Leadership Programs. While the program provides personal and professional growth for individuals, the value is amplified when several individuals from an organization participate - the shared language and experience results in teams that communicate, collaborate, and problem solve more effectively.

Senior Vice President / CFO

The structure of the course held some magic. I was not sure where we were going initially but slowly realized I was making small shifts that began to enhance my awareness of how I was being and translated into an increased feeling of lightness and freedom.

Director – Finance and Administration

This course is a lot more than leadership skill building. It's a personal journey to find yourself, what you want and can bring to leadership. I came out of this feeling much more grounded and confident in my role and abilities, as well as energized for new opportunities!

Assistant Vice Chancellor – Public Policy

Thank you for filling in my blind spots regarding leadership and the art of managing people. This course has truly been a revelation for me.

Sr. Director, Information Technology

This course caused me to do some soul-searching and introspection on who I am as a person, in both my personal and professional life. It helped me elucidate where I am currently and where I want to go. And it gave me the tools to get there.

Director of Finance and Administration

Any leader, regardless of experience-level, will benefit from the greater confidence, ease, and knowledge of themselves that comes from participating in the course.

Assistant Vice Chancellor for Organizational Effectiveness

This course taught me how to navigate the workplace as the real me, how to identify and stop behaviors that were no longer serving me and how to embrace behaviors that make me more effective as a leader.

Assistant Dean of Communications and External Relations

Teibel’s Online Leadership Program was eye-opening. I was able to figure out how to be assertive without being overbearing, and how to negotiate projects and work with others in a way that would illicit collaboration.

Executive Assistant and Business Manager

This course delivered on the promise of improved communications, which is something no other course really had. I feel more empowered and believe that I need to role model all of this as an example and leader.

Senior Budget Analyst

My participation in the program truly helped me see that there is so much more strength without being 'tough.' One of the most impactful lessons I am now benefiting from is that the greatest leaders among us embrace their faults, allow the cracks to show and celebrate the missteps along the way and are stronger for it.

Director of Professional Development

This program has allowed me space to explore who I am and who I could be, while also being able to witness others navigating the process. Unlike other leadership programs, I truly got to know my cohort-mates and grow as a leader with them. I had my doubts going in, but every minute I spent on this program (and away from my normal job) has been worth it!

Director, Fiscal Planning & Analysis

I had no idea what I was getting into when I was offered a spot in this program. Through a series of learning modules, discussions and group interactions, the experience has rekindled the flame for good leadership practices within me.

Associate Director of Academic and Student IT Services

I’ve had opportunities to participate in other leadership development programs but this program feels different. The other programs seem like they were only intellectual or academic exercises and I struggled to apply the concepts in real-life situations. This program encourages us to explore the application of our new ideas in real-time and we were pushed out of our comfort zone to explore new ways of thinking, conversing and “showing-up” while being actively encouraged to shape ourselves as leaders.
