Our schools ask teachers to meet the varied needs of their students by creating a plan for differentiated instruction. As leaders, we also need to employ a variety of techniques to reach different audiences. We will explore frameworks throughout the conference, which we can adapt to the right audience and situation, to allow you to effectively Lead From Your Seat. 

During both of these sessions, Howard will present a framework and then have attendees apply it to experiences in their school. By the end of the day you will have applied the model and learned from colleagues about challenges and successes that they have faced over the last year and opportunities for new approaches in the year ahead.
