This year, the Leadership Forum will focus on individual and organizational competencies – the core leadership skills needed to bring to your team and how to develop, refine and implement strategic plans. Both competencies will allow you to be a more influential leader within your institution as well as in your NAEP volunteer leadership role. The world of procurement is consistently changing. Effective leaders create and maintain a working environment that supports this change.

NAEP’s Leadership Forum, led by Howard Teibel of Teibel Education, will provide Committee, Regional, District, and Board leaders along with Committee Members an opportunity to build skills to manage change, explore best practices in leadership and determine how to address challenges facing their specific role within NAEP and their organization.
