Session Overview

Innovation is often treated as the creation of new things: artificial intelligence, virtual reality, genetic engineering, and the list goes on. We speak of our academic and administrative teams needing to be more innovative, but don’t provide a roadmap to develop and enhance these skills, much less put them into action. What if innovation is a human practice that can be learned?

In this keynote address, we will explore how to bring an innovative mindset to the ways we work in everyday situations, and learn to cultivate practices that engage our teams, build trust, and allow us to make compelling offers to solve everyday problems and thrive into the future.
