ISAS 2016 Division Heads

Howard Teibel is presenting Change Management at the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest 2016 Division Heads meeting.

Division Heads may be the instigators of change, or it may be thrust upon them. Regardless, improving the ability to adapt to it and support others to be flexible allows the opportunity to deal with the ambiguity prevalent in academic institutions. This interactive session will cover the following areas: a model for the natural cycle of change; helping others reframe fears to hidden opportunities; communicating through difficult circumstances; managing change initiatives up, down, and across the organization; and how to build followers of our change efforts.

Explore the challenges and opportunities unique to managing change for Independent School Leaders. Learn to not just manage change but THRIVE through change.
