Howard Teibel and Melissa Hopp (Vice President – Administrative Services; Community College of Baltimore County) will be hosting a concurrent session devoted to Change Leadership. In addition, Howard will be facilitating an Incubator Session titled "Instilling a Culture of Innovation" and a breakout discussion during the conference.
