In what the association has labeled Deep Dive Sessions, Howard will begin with "The Art of Impactful Decision-Making," providing the foundation for developing true buy-in on teams and developing strategies that have real impact.

In Deep Dive two, Howard will deliver, "Communicating Financial Information Effectively," a session on real strategic communication and the leaders who employ it to provide clear vision and engage their communities to change.
