At the western regional event for college and university business officers, Howard Teibel and Kelly Fox, Senior Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer from University of Colorado at Boulder, will speak on the topic of "Communicating Financial and Non-Financial Information effectively to key stakeholder."
