Triage, a French term defined as assigning priority to the order of projects on the basis of where funds and other resources can be best used is needed now more than ever. The mantra across every college and university today is do more with less. The opportunity is to make short-term decisions that have long-term benefit.

With the Organization Triage Workshop for Higher Education, you and your team will work together to define your Short-Term Opportunity Plan, one that builds on your long-term strategy, core institutional strengths, and cross-departmental intelligence.

Sample topics include: What are the decision areas that should be evaluated critically — finance, enrollment, HR, others? What key indications should be used for decision-making? What is the tactical plan over the next 12-24 months?

Session Outcomes

The result of this workshop is to create a comprehensive plan that frames your institution or department challenge, defines your team criteria for success, and documents a work plan to get there. Sample outcomes include:

The Triage workshop is a 2-day comprehensive planning session for the strategic and operational teams. The program can be customized for your individual needs. We recommend no more than 15 attendees.
